My journey into energy work and the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit began during high school when I was introduced to Therapeutic Touch. Something about it resonated deeply, and though life took its twists and turns, it was the growing pains and unhealed wounds that eventually brought me back to the wisdom held in my own body.
Through that return, I discovered the freedom that comes from leaning into discomfort and pain rather than away from it. I’ve come to believe that emotional healing truly begins from within - through our bodies and the energy they carry.
I hold a BS in Psychology and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am licensed as an LPCC. In the fall of 2023, I became certified in Clinical Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
I regularly integrate EFT into my work because of its powerful ability to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation. Outside of the clinical setting, I offer EFT sessions in a supportive, non-clinical space, meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect for where they are on their healing journey.
Whether you're navigating stress, stuck emotions, or simply seeking more balance, EFT can be a powerful tool to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful shifts from within.
I love all things nature and outdoors, with my heart belonging to trail running. I also practice yoga, enjoy biking, hiking, playing on the Colorado summits, reading, puzzles, and spending time with loved ones.

And, oh yes, doing yoga on the beach at sunset with a light drizzle is pretty spectacular!
